| Grade Across Grade Outreach Program |

| Here at Clinchco Elementary our older students are participating in a program in which they go into the lower level (Pre-K and K) classrooms and read to the students.
They will read a specified story with them and then spend time working on a craft that corresponds with the story.
All of the students seem to enjoy this and it is a good way to connect Language Arts with Art. |

February 5th was the 100th day of school and our students celebrated by having food drives, making necklaces, shirts, foods and so on!

| St. Jude's Math-A-Thon |
|
| Students are participating in the St.Jude's Math-A-Thon this month. They will raise money that will be donated to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital where it will be used to help find cures life threatning diseases that our children sometimes face.
